What Is Dry Socket? 


Dry socket is a condition in which the blood clot that act as a foundation for the new bone growth after the teeth extraction, gets dislodged or removed, exposing the underlying nerves and bones leading to severe pain and inflammation. Also perform the socket cleaning at regular intervals as instructed by your dentist based on the intensity of your dry socket.

In order to relive from pain and inflammation your dentist would prescribe anti-inflammatory medicines and pain killers. An ice pack will be a good home remedy for your pain relief and inflammation.
